Refund policy
To maintain the integrity of our inventory, Fasteners Pros follows the return guidelines below:
Mandatory Return Request
Do not ship any item back to Fasteners Pros without first submitting a return request through our official returns page:
Returns sent without prior authorization may be refused or delayed.
30-Day Return Period
You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.
Non-Returnable Opened Commodity Items
Commodity items, including but not limited to staples, nails, screws, and aerosol cans, are eligible for return only if they remain sealed and unopened.
Opened or used commodity items are not eligible for return because the contents are no longer whole and cannot be verified for resale.
Other Returnable Items
All other items may be returned within 30 days of delivery, provided they have not been damaged by the customer.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs unless Fasteners Pros shipped the wrong item. If we shipped the wrong item, we will provide instructions and cover the return shipping cost.
Refund Processing
Once returned item(s) are received and inspected, approved refunds will be issued within 7 business days to the original method of payment.
