Shipping policy

At Fasteners Pros, we work to process and ship orders as quickly as possible. Available shipping methods, shipping charges, and estimated delivery times are displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.

1. Order Processing Time
Orders are typically processed within 1 to 5 business days after the order is placed. Processing time may vary depending on product availability, order volume, and the shipping method selected at checkout.

2. Business Days and Hours
Our order processing and shipping operations are conducted Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM, excluding weekends and major holidays. Orders placed after business hours, on weekends, or on holidays will begin processing on the next business day.

3. Shipping Destinations
We currently ship within the United States. Shipping availability may vary depending on carrier restrictions, delivery location, and product type.

4. Shipping Methods, Charges, and Delivery Estimates
Available shipping options, shipping charges, and estimated delivery times are provided at checkout based on your shipping address and the shipping service selected.

Shipping rates are calculated by the carrier and may vary based on factors including, but not limited to:

  • package weight
  • package dimensions
  • destination address
  • selected shipping service
  • number of packages in the shipment
  • carrier surcharges or service availability

The shipping charges shown at checkout reflect the rate available at the time your order is placed. Delivery estimates begin after your order has been processed and released to the carrier.

5. Carriers
Orders may be shipped using UPS, FedEx, USPS, or other carrier partners, depending on the destination and shipping method selected.

6. Carrier Delays
Once an order has shipped, delivery times are estimates only and may be affected by weather, carrier capacity, service interruptions, or other conditions outside our control. Fasteners Pros does not refund shipping charges for delays caused by third-party carriers.

7. Signature Confirmation
For added security, signature confirmation may be requested by the customer or added by Fasteners Pros for certain orders.

8. Delivered but Missing Packages
If tracking shows that a package was delivered but you have not received it, please first check with household members, neighbors, building management, or the carrier. If the package is still missing, contact us promptly. We will assist, when appropriate, with reviewing the shipment and the carrier claim process. Any replacement or refund for a package marked as delivered will be subject to carrier review and our investigation.

9. Incorrect Shipping Information
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout. Fasteners Pros is not responsible for delays, losses, or additional shipping charges caused by incorrect or incomplete address information.
